Miami — On late Saturday, a 27-year-old OnlyFans model was arrested after she declined to pay her bill at an upscale restaurant in Brickell, according to Miami-Dade Police.
Witnesses reported that the woman, identified as Samantha Torres, behaved loudly and rudely toward the restaurant employees throughout the night; she rejected two drinks and demanded to speak with management regarding the temperature of her steak.
When her bill was presented, Torres reportedly took out a platinum card, smiled, and commented, “Don’t worry, sweetheart — I make more in a single day than you do in a whole year.” The payment was declined. This happened twice.
According to the police report, the restaurant staff offered to attempt the payment again or to call the bank, but Torres became enraged, alleging that "their machine is not working," and tried to leave the restaurant. When the manager stopped her from exiting, she is said to have shoved a waiter and yelled that she was “too famous to be treated like this.”
Police arrived shortly after and arrested her in the parking lot, where she is reported to have said, “I’ll pay when my subscribers do.” She was charged with misdemeanor theft of services and was released the next day.
A video of the incident, filmed by another customer, has since gone viral, with one notable comment reading: “Imagine bragging about your income, then getting refused in high definition.”
