Numerous people in the Belmont, North Carolina, community were impacted by the life of Justin Frady, a cherished coach, mentor, husband, father, and friend. Justin, who is well-known for his caring nature and servant leadership, devoted his time and efforts to mentoring and coaching young athletes in the Belmont Raider program, where he established himself as a vital source of inspiration and support.
Justin was respected for his ability to bring out the best in others throughout his career. He continuously taught the qualities of discipline, respect, and tenacity in the lives of those he coached, demonstrating his leadership abilities off the field. Both players and coworkers recall him as a teacher who imparted life lessons that bolstered confidence and molded character in addition to teaching the game.
Because of his strong religious convictions, Justin lived fearlessly for Christ and showed his love for him to everyone he met. In every exchange and encounter, his generosity, modesty, and unfailing happiness were apparent. He had a talent for giving people hope and encouragement no matter what, and for making them feel recognized and appreciated.

Outside of coaching, Justin loved spending time with his church community, family, and friends. Whether he was watching from the sidelines, spending time outside, or just being there with the people he cared about most, he liked making memories.
Sadly, Justin committed suicide, leaving behind a devastated community that has come together to support one another and remember him. His life serves as a reminder of the value of empathy, raising awareness of mental health issues, and helping those in need.
The athletes he coached, the faith he bravely expressed, and the love he put into every part of his life will all carry on his legacy.
